Yixsta Privacy Policy

Yixsta ("we", "us", or "our") provides a web service that lets users upload and post videos to their authorized social accounts (for example: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. Yixsta does not sell personal data.

1. Information we collect

We keep our data collection minimal and only collect what is required to operate the service.

Account information: name and email address you provide when creating an account.

OAuth credentials: access and refresh tokens and basic account identifiers returned by platforms you connect (for example, platform user ID and display name). These are used only to perform posting actions you authorize. (Note: "tokens" here means OAuth credentials from social platforms — not credits or quotas on Yixsta.)

Operational logs: basic hosting/edge logs and metrics collected by Vercel and Cloudflare (requests, timestamps, IPs, error logs). We do not run additional analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no marketing trackers).

Payments: when you purchase a plan we use Stripe as our payment processor; payment details are handled by Stripe and not stored on Yixsta's servers.

We do not store uploaded video files permanently. If you provide a video for posting, Yixsta will either forward it directly to the platform you choose (or use a URL you provide). We do not keep user videos as persistent content on our servers.

2. How we use and share information

We use personal data only for the purposes necessary to run the service and perform actions you request:

• To authenticate your account and contact you about your account.
• To post or schedule videos to the social platforms you explicitly connect and authorize. This requires transmitting video files or URLs and related metadata (captions, scheduled time) to the connected platform.
• To manage subscriptions and payments via Stripe.
• To operate, debug, and secure the service using hosting logs (Vercel/Cloudflare).

We share or transmit data only as needed to provide the service:

• With the social platforms you connect (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) so we can publish or save drafts per your authorization. Those platforms are independent controllers of data they receive.
• With Stripe for payment processing.
• With service providers who help operate the site (Vercel, Cloudflare). These providers are contractually required to protect data and may only use it to provide services to Yixsta.
• When required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

3. Cookies, tracking, and logs

We use only essential cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party tracking for ads.

Hosting/edge logs (Vercel/Cloudflare) are used for uptime, performance, and security monitoring. These logs contain minimal request metadata and are not used for marketing.

4. Security, retention, deletion, and revocation

Security: OAuth credentials and personal data are stored with reasonable technical safeguards (encryption at rest where applicable, TLS in transit, access controls). While we take security seriously, no system is perfectly secure.

Retention & deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting truefocusapps@gmail.com. Upon verified request we will delete your account data and OAuth credentials. Temporary or backup copies may persist for a limited period (to allow recovery or for legal reasons).

Revoking platform access: You may unlink a connected social account from your Yixsta settings, or revoke Yixsta's authorization directly from the connected platform. Once unlinked, we will stop using the associated OAuth credentials to post on your behalf.

5. Your choices, age restriction, and legal

Your choices: To request access, correction, deletion, or to revoke consent, email truefocusapps@gmail.com. We will verify requests before acting and respond in a timely manner.

Age restriction: Yixsta is for users 18 years or older. Use of the Service by anyone under 18 violates our Terms of Service.

Payments: All billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe. For billing questions contact truefocusapps@gmail.com or Stripe support.

Governing law & updates: This Policy is governed by the laws applicable where Yixsta operates. We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
