• Yixsta allows users to upload and post videos to connected social accounts (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).
• Users are solely responsible for any content they post.
• Yixsta is not responsible for any content uploaded, shared, or posted by users.
• Uploaded videos may be transmitted to social platforms as you authorize, but Yixsta does not retain permanent copies.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Yixsta offers a free tier with limited usage and recurring paid plans (monthly or annual).
• All payments are processed through Stripe. Yixsta does not store payment details.
• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• Subscription fees and features may change; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

5. Content and Responsibility

• You agree that all content you upload or post complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on third-party rights, and is lawful.
• By using the Service, you grant Yixsta a limited right to transmit your content to the platforms you authorize.
• You retain ownership of your content, but Yixsta is not liable for any consequences arising from your content or others' use of it.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Yixsta, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service or content posted by you or others.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yixsta from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination and Enforcement

• We may enforce these Terms at our discretion.
• Users may request account deletion at any time.
• No automatic termination is required for violations, but the Terms remain fully enforceable.
